A note on Kim Thompson

Posting stuff from old Comics Journals means I’ve been reading things edited and written by Kim Thompson lately, and realizing just how strong the after-effects of late-70s Comics Journal (along with mid-70s Sight & Sound, as it happens) have been on the course of what I refer to these days with a straight face as a career. This is action at a considerable geographical and cultural distance, and I owe him for it. All the best, Kim.
